This blend brings together two coffees from the neighbouring Central American countries, El Salvador and Honduras. The Blend is made up of 60% Pacamara from Finca La Hondurita and 40% Pache from Finca Yire. The two washed coffees come together to create a smooth yet complex blend. The Pacamara provides body and sweetness and the Pache adds complex acidity.
